Policies   Sales Tax - Idaho sales tax applies, Idaho residents will be charged 6% sales tax Returns We will gladly exchange your unopened/unused product if you returned within 7 days. If damaged during shipping process, we will replace your product if we are notified of the damage within 7 days. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Shipping During the summer months (June 1 thru September 1) Plum Hill will not be able to ship Body Butters due to the temperature sensitivity of the product. Any concerns about your shipment feel free to call (208) 939-4909   Plum Hill cannot ship to PO Boxes and can only ship to the US.
